Just like contacts, you can generate and share QR Code for URL of Browser history or bookmarks.
Camera
Camera is needed for scanning QR code or Barcode
Photos of your phone
QR Barcode Scanner can scan the QR Code from an image. So it needs to access you photos so that you can choose one to scan.
wi-fi settings
QR Barcode Scanner can generate QR Code of the user name, password, etc. for a wi-fi network. So app need access wi-fi settings to do this.
Personal Data collected for Advertising
Cookies, unique device identifiers for advertising (Google Advertiser ID or IDFA, for example) and Usage Data
